It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

soo, as weird as this sounds, I have SO many things I drew, but I havent been able to post up cause my computer has been down for a while. Ill try and get them up today. god, ive been under an enormous amount of pressure, WHEW. The funny things is, even thou im under alot of stress i still have the ability to draw like a mad man.actually, I HAVE to draw. Every single class in school im doodling in. and then I get home and doodle, althou I have not been on the computer alot at all, cause I've been alot more outgoing. Bah, so its just a mix of friend issues, family issues, a funeral, and tons of other stuff. Their all small, but they start to confuse me. and I dunno why, but I cant help but be in THE BEST MOOD OF MY LIFE!

So I think Im going to start a comic sincer

has started one. shes mah buddeh, go check out her comic, its coming along great! I always pick on her thou, cause it sounds like a cartoon from kids WB. lol. But yeah, its really good. I already have four pages done, I want to color them thou, cause im going to submit them into my portfolio for college. OH, and im going down to georgia this weekend to nvisit the college I wanna go to, savaannah Georgia. I probubly spelt that wrong, meh. And those people I owe trades to, I promise ill get those down! The ideas in my brain are moving faster than my hand can draw. I also finished a small collection of girls I drew, each one is a different decade. I think I have 70's, 30's, 50's, and I may do a few more. SO, thats my story. i really just typed this journal cause im in my technical drawing class, and I do nothing in here but play card games on the internet., CHAO!
